Instructions for Use of Step to Heal

Go through the online process first, go through the 75-page workbook second, and finally listen to the teleclasses and read through the bonus material. Please remember, the workbook has a little overlap with the online process for reinforcement, but much of the workbook is different than the online process. To feel real relief from this heartache, you must complete both processes. Make sure to make use of the community by reading and posting comments and using the forums.
