Dear Friends, what i think is very difficult to cure a broken heart, because it takes seconds to break , and to years to cure. But what i would say that if yu want to cure u should have to give a pure love and commitment that this will be your life a biggest achievement.

Please freinds don’t ever try to break the heart who loves , care , respect, you.

I look in the looking glass, directly into my eyes. the windows of the soul. and I say It’s okay Bailey, I love you, and we will make it through one tear at a time. Then piece together a vision board, taking magazines based on health, wellness, healing … creating a future mind, allowing the pictures to be soaked into the subconscious mind. Place this next to the looking glass, next to a window where the sunrises or sunsets, anywhere of supreme significance. Face the facts and let the made up ideals slowly fade. Allow the human emotions to rise and fall ~ Wow, writing this is even helping me. Realize that your a multidimensional being and posses great gifts of transformation.

I stare up at the stars and cry, ”God, can you hear me?” I look around and I feel the life that surrounds me. I am not alone, I have never been alone. God has always been with me from the beginning, and will remain with me till the end and beyond- Life is an adventure, Life is a rocky path of a joy mixed with tears. I will meet each and everyday with tenacity and faith, and I will live my life and embrace everything I must traverse. I have been blessed with a strength, I have been blessed with a Heart. I love you God, I love myself and I love my family.

*This isn’t anything I say to myself, but I felt like saying it..I will have to think of a good thought to tell myself before I sleep.*

We are in control only of our thoughts, behaviors, and actions. But the words we say to ourselves can bring us up and break us free from the intense pain or knock us down and bind us/enmesh us to the excruciating pain from our lost love. The choices we make are ours to make, and we decide what words we’ll say to ourselves..it’s my choice to love myself; to take care of ME. No more torturing myself with negative self-talk.
