Positive Psychology looks at the negative space within traditional psychology. Where traditional psychology focuses on what may be “wrong” with you, positive psychology takes a different approach and evaluates your strengths and talents to help you flourish. I use positive psychology to help people overcome adversity to live a better, brighter life.
I am a Storyteller…
I am an ordinary person that seeks to illustrate the extraordinary strengths we all have by telling true stories from my life. I recently co-authored called Overcomers Inc: True Stories of Hope, Courage, and Inspiration which was fortunate enough to reach a #1 best-selling status on Amazon. I also regularly fill up personal journals. 
I run lemonade stands…
Some people come from families of doctors or engineers. In my family, when you are old enough you set up a lemonade stand or something to establish yourself as a legitimate business owner! I followed in these footsteps as I am an entrepreneur at heart. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I’ve owned small and mid-size businesses throughout my life. My greatest joys in these ventures have come from helping people find meaning, purpose, and happiness in their lives.
I am you.
I am human. I’ve achieved many goals and I have watched many dreams slip through my hands. I’ve searched for happiness. I have overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges. I acknowledge my countless blessings. Now, I want to share my life lessons with others. I help others find their personal path to flourishing as I have discovered it is less nebulous than we all think.
